the staff were attentive offering prompt service when needed. the complimentary shuttle within town proved very useful i appreciated the punctual pickup times. the breakfast provided a satisfying start to each day with several selections.

mixed feelings after my stay

the breakfast choices were acceptable.
I was not happy with the room i was assigned. the sliding glass doors did not block noise and i had to close the curtains for privacy. That blocked all light. the single table lamp provided insufficient light for doing anything in the room. It was frustrating.

i appreciated the free shuttle bus. it made getting around the area more convenient.
my room wasnt very clean upon arrival. i saw hair in the bathroom and dead bugs on the wall. the sliding glass doors offer no noise protection, i had to keep the curtains shut to have privacy.

The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the city center area. I appreciated the convenience, as it made accessing different parts of the city easier. The staff helped with luggage. They also cleaned the room daily.
The sliding glass doors did not effectively block noise. I needed to keep the curtains fully closed for privacy, made the room dark. There was only one table lamp, and it did not provide enough light. The air conditioning was not adequate, made the room very warm.

I liked the hotel initially. the staff seemed attentive, but issues arose. i requested a slightly later check-out due to my husband's illness, and this request was denied, even though i saw available rooms online. upon arrival, check-in was delayed by 15 minutes. This felt inconsiderate. the breakfast, once good, arrived cold. these inconsistencies, and changed my view of the hotel. cold breakfast, delayed check-in
